This Privacy Policy describes the information collected through our mobile game ZooMix and how we use that information.
Our privacy policy is fully COPPA compliant.

It may also include information about your device such as your device ID, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and device hardware or software information.
Non-personal information may also include Usage Data such as actions you take in the game, play time, progress, scores, achievements, and general gameplay statistics.
Use of Personal Information
When you download and play ZooMix, we do not require you to provide personal information and we do not collect personal information except in the following case:
• If a parent or user contacts us via email for support, we may collect the email address solely for the purpose of responding to the support request.
Use of Non-personal Information
Non-personal information may be used for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, and security purposes. Specifically, it may be used to:
- Track game usage to improve gameplay experience
- Compile gameplay statistics

Children / Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
ZooMix complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
If a user submits a support request, we may receive the user's email address and any information included in the request. This information is used solely for customer support and internal operations as permitted under COPPA rules.
Parents who believe their child has submitted personal information may contact us and request its deletion.
The game may collect anonymous device identifiers for gameplay functionality, analytics, and security purposes. This information is not connected to personal identity.
Some versions of the game may offer optional in-game purchases handled through third-party platforms. Parents can disable in-app purchases through device settings.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please obtain parental permission before providing personal information.
